We have a vacancy for a Merchandising Assistant with an ELITE jewellery house based in London.
General
The Merchandising team plays a crucial role in our business operations by overseeing and optimising the assortment of our products in our retail stores, while maintaining the integrity of the brand image. The team focuses on maximizing stock, sales and sell-thru. As a Merchandising Assistant, your main mission will be to provide operational support to the merchandising organisation and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. We are expecting the successful candidate to have the following skills:
Detailed-oriented, thorough and committed to accuracy
Highly driven, self-motivated, and curious
Good communication skill and a strong team player
Organisational and analytical mindset
Interest in Jewellery and basic diamond knowledge will be beneficial
What I need to do:
Provide daily support to facilitate all selling efforts (stock requests, deliveries…)
Run daily and weekly reports
Assist in stock coordination, allocation and rebalancing
Arrange shipments and coordinate with transversal teams.
Support the team with product presentations
Coordinate studio photoshoots
Market research and competitor analysis
Provide admin support
Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
What I need to know:
Professional competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in merchandising and/or luxury industry is a plus
