Our client, a prestigious jewellery house located in the heart of Mayfair, London, renowned for exquisite craftsmanship and luxurious designs has a vacancy for a Production Coordinator to within an existing production team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Production Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a deep passion for jewellery.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet client orders and deadlines.
- Coordinate with designers, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Monitor production progress and address any delays or issues promptly
- Tracking all jewellery work through production with progress reports daily
- Control of tools and metal
- Assigning parts to designs
- Handling Hallmarking
- Sending Emails and letters for Management and Directors when necessary
- Tracking attendance and holidays for company
- Assisting with any daily post duties
