Description

We have a vacancy for an admin/customer service professional with a luxury watch company in Manchester.
The successful candidate will be articulate & be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and retail experience within the luxury sector.

  • You will be able to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
  • You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your commitment and exceptional attention to detail are going to help you excel within this role.You will also need to be well experienced with email, have good computer skills (excel and word) and have an excellent telephone manner.
  •  

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Front of house - Customer facing
  • Assistant customers in store and ensuring they receive exceptional customer service 
  • Answering telephones 
  • Responding to customer emails
  • General store administration and paperwork
  • Liaising with our Head Office and other store locations
