This position plays a vital role in delivering the highest possible standards of quality in respect of our cases and bracelets. The role focuses on identifying all quality-related issues and accurate recording of all related data to ensure the provision of outstanding customer service. There is scope for progression within a defined development framework and full training will be provided to applicants who possess the required personal attributes outlined in the candidate profile.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Technical Focus
Assesses specification of watch and working order.
Checks completed work is correct and in accordance with customers’ requests
Reports corrections in support of providing constructive feedback to all team members
Maintains daily production targets and quality goals set within personal performance objectives
Focuses on achieving high standards of excellence via a ‘right first time’ approach in all areas of work within the Case department
Maintains high standards of workstation organisation and tidiness
Follows and adheres to all standard operating procedures
Works to required procedures to ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to when operating machinery
Carries out tasks within the department as requested by the Manager which are reasonable and commensurate with skills and capability
Team Focus
Focuses on continuous personal and professional development
Demonstrates willingness to improve through constructive communication and training
Builds and maintains positive relationships and communication with colleagues

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Educated to a minimum of Secondary school level
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus
A good level of dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination
Good written and oral communication skills
Desirable
Grade C or above at GCSE Level in Art or Craft Design & Technology
Previous experience working as part of a small team
An interest in watches
