The successful candidate will play an important part in the Production and Merchandising Team. They will be responsible for liaising with the retail and design team for bespoke and client services.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations and price enquiries.
Ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders.
Liaising with suppliers and workshops.
Working closely with the Director and the design team to coordinate the production of new designs, sample management and updating the Critical Path.
Stone sourcing and stone inventory management.
Assisting with stock deliveries and orders where necessary.
Quality control of all products.
Supporting the Wholesale department with onboarding of Product.
Project work to improve stock, processes and procedure.
Profile
2 years+ experience within a jewellery production role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for working in a small team for a highly regarded luxury retail brand
Attention to detail
Ability to comfortably work with stock systems and Excel
Proactive and able to work off own initiative
Willing to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude
