Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury jeweller. The successful candidate will play an important part in the sales team, driving both customer service and sales to achieve targets as well as making sure the flagship store is well presented and visual merchandising is maintained to a high standard.
Core responsibilities but not limited to are:
Being the first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries on the shop floor.
Taking ownership of the sales journey through from orders to collection.
Maintaining instore and window visual displays, keeping them immaculate and presentable at all times.
Developing product knowledge to ensure delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone.
Proactive selling to clients developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience.
Assisting the retail manager with general store operations.
Representing the brand accordingly and maintaining high standards across the board.
Supporting the merchandising manager with shop floor stock replenishment.
Assisting at events as required.
Profile:
Experience in luxury retail beneficial
Jewellery experience essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for working in a small team for a highly regarded luxury brand
Strong attention to detail
Ability to comfortably work with stock systems and Excel
Proactive and able to work off own initiative
Well-presented
Willing to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude
This is a full-time shop floor role.
