Role Summary
Working as part of a small but dedicated team with the Sequential department, this role focuses on servicing Rolex movement calibres to a consistently high standard and performing to strict working methods and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). There is scope for progression within a defined development framework that takes in Sequential Disassembly, Assembly and QC Timing and End-casing, as well as movement in to other areas of Technical Operations as and when skillset and opportunity determines.
Full training is provided and the role is vital to perpetuating customer experience by delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Technical Focus
Performs sequential servicing procedures on various Rolex movement calibres.
Maintains department targets within required deadlines, maximising efficiency whilst minimising quality control returns.
Visually inspects and distinguishes worn / damaged components and maintains and organises a ‘working stock’ of spare parts.
Repairs and adjusts watch movements to manufacturer specifications.
Focuses on achieving high standards of excellence via a ‘right first time’ approach in all areas of work within Sequential.
Maintains precision tools and equipment to the required standards.
Maintains high standards of workstation organisation and tidiness.
Follows and adheres to all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Organises personal workflow.
Carries out tasks within the Sequential process including service support, disassembly, assembly and end-casing as appropriate within the Sequential development framework

Essential
Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experienced in working to strict operating standards and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus
A good level of dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination
A high degree of accuracy and precision
Good written and oral communication skills
An interest in watches
Desirable
Grade C or above at GCSE Level in Art or Craft Design & Technology
Previous experience working as part of a small team
