Description
We have an exciting vacany for an Assistant Manager with a luxury jewellers based in Birmingham.

Criteria:-

Previous management experience
JET 1, JET 2 desirable qualification
Excellent communication skills are required for this position
Excellent face to face customer service skills
A passion for luxury jewellery, especially diamonds
Immaculate presentation
A "can do" attitude
Experience of high value sales
Highly organised and ambitious 

Duties:-

One to one sales and product demonstration
Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and maintained
Maximise stock potential through effective merchandising and display standards, promotions and use of Point of Sales materials.
Ability to up-sell other products and maximise one to one sales opportunities.
To work alongside management, to maximise profits, exceed clients requirements and set an amazing standard of customer service.
General administration.
To converse with clients via the use of telephone, email and live chat to drive sales.
