Job Summary
Playing a vital role in perpetuating the Rolex customer experience, this position is located within a state-of- the-art facility, undertaking the waterproofing process & cleaning procedure for all Rolex and Tudor watches. The role is overall responsible for delivering a superior quality of work to the Oyster Assembly & Oyster QC teams.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Technical
Performs model specific final waterproofing tests with the aid of specialised equipment.
Carrying out all assigned processes associated with the cleaning of cases and/or bracelets,
maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Organising all inbound service workflow into the relevant holding station in preparation for
cleaning.
Balancing and processing multiple workflows simultaneously through the Oyster cleaning room, including the identification and filtering of work and/or components requiring manual cleaning versus use of the semi-automated cleaning system.
Logging all service work processed via the Workshop Management Interface (WMI), including the
scanning of all service notifications and the start and end of all service operations.
Performing quality control on all refinished work exiting the cleaning system and allocating any identified backflows to the Refinishing Team Leader.
Transferring all cases and bracelets, including relevant paperwork, from unclean to dedicated clean service containers once the cleaning process is complete.
Ensuring strict adherence to all cleaning room SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Regularly replenishing all cleaning fluids/rinses and cleaning down all cleaning equipment on a daily basis.
Maintain expected levels of performance based on work demand and personal development objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Minimum Grade C GCSE in Maths and English
Experience of working to strict standard operating procedures
Experience of working within a machine-led environment
Excellent hand-to-eye co-ordination
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of concentration and focus
High degree of accuracy and precision and experienced at following strict working methods
Desirable
GCSE grade C or above in an Art or Craft Design & Technology discipline, or equivalent Previous experience handling high grade products
