- We have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager with a luxury jewellers based in the Somerset location.
Due to restructuring and planning the future growth of the company, the company are actively looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join their talented team.
The candidate must have a passion for selling jewellery, management experience, be well organised, a good communicator and work well under pressure.
The role would involve supporting the Manager to deliver the best customer experience and hitting the monthly sales target. You will be working closely with the retail team in monitoring their KPIs, training, maintaining the stores appearance and being proactive in displaying the stock.
Criteria:-
Previous managment experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
A sound knowledge of fine jewellery
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to go the extra mile for your clients
A passion for luxury
Ability to close high value sales
Experience of working to sales targets
Jewellery qualification (desirable)
This is a five-day position from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, 40hrs a week.
A competitive salary will be given to the right candidate, with target related commission. Overtime paid through the busy times and little extras such as clothing allowance.
