Jewellery/Watch Polisher - ELITE company

Being part of a young, motivated and dynamic aftersales workshop team, you will produce quality watch and jewellery polishing/repairs, meeting company service goals and standards whilst supporting the workshop in daily tasks and workflow. 
Always work safely by following safety procedures in place in the workshop and head office. Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor/line manager. 

DUTIES / TASKS: 

Perform daily jewellery repairs including polishing, cleaning, disassembling and reassembling
Clean, rinse, and dry Jewellery and timepieces parts, using solutions and ultrasonic machines
Knowledge and ability to use repair tools 
Ability to handle materials with high added value (gold, platinum, steel) with composure 
Organisation and maintenance of stock and parts replenishment orders to process 
Maintain cleanliness and order to workstations 
Dismantle and cleaning of watches 
Jewellery polishing to stock quality 
 
Operational 
 
Maintain a clean and tidy workbench and contribute on daily / weekly basis to the workshop/ cleaning room cleaning rota. 
Maintain a clean and tidy stock area ensuring all parts are returned to the correct drawers and stock orders placed with admin team. 
Assist in quarterly stock counts on workshop parts. 
Maintain machine-servicing 

Requirements 

3-5 years’ experience required 
Expertise on rhodium plating is mandatory 
Knowledge of jewellery skills (ring sizing, stone setting) not mandatory but will be extremely valuable 
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus 
A good level of dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination
