- Role Summary
This position operates within the Estimation department. The role reports functionally to the Service Operations Manager but liaises regularly with the Estimation & Quick Service Team Leader. The role ensures a constant flow of work between Service Administration and Estimation, in order to maintain estimating KPI’s of 24 and 48 hours (subject to watch type).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Photographs inbound service work using the photography unit and software
Removes bracelet from the head of the watch and carries out scribing
Sanitises watches
Prioritises order entry according to category of intervention type or urgency
Organises all inbound service workflow into the relevant holding station in preparation for cleaning
Ensures strict adherence to all inbound SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Maintains expected levels of performance based on work demand and personal development
Maintains excellent housekeeping and organisation within the department
Performs any other duties as requested which are deemed reasonable and within capability

Essential
Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experienced in working to strict operating standards and procedures
Proven dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office products
Good attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus
Ability to manage time and work load effectively
Good written and oral communication skills
Desirable
Grade C or above at GCSE level in Art or Craft Design & Technology
Experience of using a process driven ERP system e.g. Microsoft Dynamics
Previous experience working as part of a small team
Previous experience in handling high grade products
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE.
