Description: This is an exciting opportunity with a company that most candidates would aspire to work for.

Key role responsibilities include:

Stock allocations across retail network and E-commerce channels to ensure an optimal stock level in each point of sale
Review sales and stock positioning on a regular basis and merchandise to maximize sales opportunities
Formulate and coordinate replenishment shipments to markets and salon-to-salon transfers
Responsible for detailed category sales and inventory planning
Database management. Maintain and ensure product database is accurate
Coordinate with the Production team to track production lead-time and monitor delivery schedules
Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports
Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required competencies for this role include:

Understanding jewellery or diamond will be an definite advantage
Proficiency in MS Office: advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work under pressure with moving priorities to meet short deadlines
Good commercial awareness
Creative, detailed-minded and capable of multi-tasking.
Excellent communicator and team player
