Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage database and quantify all correspondences received across all platforms
Produce reports, as and when needed from company databases
Updating and maintaining all databases
Ensure all emails are replied it promptly, or within reasonable time
Ensuring comprehensive information is provided when all requests are made
Ensuring safekeeping of products
Ensuring product description consistencies
Reviewing social media posts across all platforms
Ensuring site functionality and periodically testing as and when required
Parcelling of orders
Processing sales
Updating any additional product information, as and when received
Ensuring product information is consistent over all platforms
Occasionally rearranging storage within the company safe
Ensure all fields have been appropriately filled when completing purchase, deposit, sales, appro in & out invoices with clear and legible writing
General Duties
Following up on missed calls and call back requests
Maintaining stock databases, including but not limited to watch fairs, main dealers, archives, reserves, box and papers, appro, new arrivals, unworn list
Additional photographs as per client requirements
Occasionally assist sales associates with client enquires on the shop floor
Intermittent cover of colleagues duties across all departments
Handle online and phone enquires
Occasional maintenance of office
