- We have an exciting vacancy for a senior watch sales professional with a leading global watch brand based in London. This is a brand that most candidates would aspire to work for.
Principle Mission
Take part in the success of the brand and be accountable for providing the best customer experience, for pre and post selling of the products within the maison, for product and brand promotion and for making a productive contribution by executing assigned work within given timeframes and in ways that meet objectives.
Responsibilities
Sales and Operations
· Responsibility for the overall sales process including walk-in and phone/email clientele
· Participate actively to develop new sales opportunities and client relationship development
· Ensure support to all operations of the maison and use of all available sales tools
· Provide operational support and ensure presence to marketing events
Customer Experience and Service & Business Development
· Ensure the optimal customer experience in the boutique for new sales, customer service (repairs), and all visitors
· Provide reliable, accurate, and first class customer service
· In depth product knowledge and prices. Able to explain estimates, repairs (time and prices).
· Participate actively in Customer Relationship Management data collection
· Ensure the welcoming of the aftersales customers and all related tasks
