- We have a vacancy for a quality controller with a luxury watch company in Kent.
Role / Job Purpose:-
To provide quality control on all watches leaving the workshop by ensuring all customer requests have been met and all technical and aesthetic processes have been completed according to company specification.
Key Duties:-
To carry out quality control on all completed watches in accordance with company standards.
Check that all processes have been fully completed to company specifications.
Prepare all jobs for invoicing.
Principal Accountabilities:-
To ensure customer returns are kept to a minimum through the use of Quality Control form and processes
All watches are to be judged aesthetically at 30 cm with the naked eye under good/natural light.
All technical standards are judged according to company standards.
Workshop Administrator is to be advised daily of all Quality Control fails.
Any ad hoc duties and reasonable requests that Management may make.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:-
Self-motivated, well organised, good levels of concentration and attention to detail, good eye/hand coordination, able to meet targets and deadlines, basic computer skills.
