- We have a vacancy for a luxury watchmaker with a global watch brand in London.
Mission:-
To service and repair watches, quick, partial and full services, direct client interaction when required, to support the sales team to ensure best possible high quality service can be offerered.
Service and repair watches
Ensure all repairs follow business procedure
Carry out diagnostics and recommend necessary and optional work
Keep record of all work undertaken on Repair Sheet
Ensure the first level repair quality control according to company recommendations
Pass all completed repairs to Administrators
Inform administration of all additionally required spare parts
Inform frequently administration of workload and expected lead times
Organise and self manage workflow while working to targets
Requirements
A practical individual with excellent dexterity and excellent levels of attention to detail
The ability to deliver set business production and quality criteria
A well organised individual who is able to prioritise and self-manage one’s own workflow.
Flexible, excellent levels of concentration and the ability to self- motivate
Works well within a team with a positive can do attitude
Is able to follow the workshop code of conduct
