We are actively recruiting an e-commerce customer service executive to join a well known Jewellery and Watch business in London.

This role offers flexible working (2 days a week from home)

The ideal candidate will have charisma, energy, great attention to detail, the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment, and a positive approach to providing sales support.

A good level of literacy, numeracy, and computer skills are also essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day Customer Service function including liaising with customers, inbound phone calls and outbound delivery arrangements for both domestic and international customers.
  • Work closely with our e-commerce manager and preowned luxury watch procurement team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Merchandising products online, as well as uploading our product range into marketplace such as third-party selling platforms such as Chrono 24, Amazon, eBay, and handle all enquires submitted through these.
  • Ensuring customer service, feedback is actioned.
  • Analyse product sales and channel performance.
  • Identify analyse and propose innovations, promotions, efficiencies, and new product opportunities for sales growth.
  • Follow through post order processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Input ideas as well as manage social media platforms
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Have a strong footing and understanding of e-commerce/Online Retail
  • Previous positions held within e-commerce or luxury jewellery and watch retail environments
  • Be able to work independently and within a team
  • Shopify, Magento etc and eBay experience is preferable, but not essential
  • Demonstrating an uncompromising level of commitment and focus to quality
  • Demonstrate confidence and professionalism on all engagements
  • Ideally have previous exposure of working within sales support (although we will make exceptions on this for the right candidate)
  • Possess excellent organisation and administration skills along with MS office (especially Excel) and databases
  • Being flexible, adaptable, adhering to change and show initiative.
  • Communicates clearly and succinctly
