- Customer Care Executive
We have a great vacancy for a customer care executive with a watch company in London.
Salary negotiable depending on experience but likely to be around £22,000 or this role:
The successful candidate will be articulate & be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and customer care skills.
You will be able to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your communication and organisational skill will help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mail, letters etc.)
Create and update customer records and databases
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Assist with office telephones and management of own emails with customers
Assist clients who visit office premises
Requirements
Proven experience in customer care or similar relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well within a team and on own
Excellent time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
