Watch Technician
Carry out required servicing on watches allocated to you, in accordance with specific standards, for example, partial services, exchange services etc. (if little to no experience, training will be provided)
To organise and manage your allocations to ensure watches are serviced within required SLA’s
Keep clear communication open between yourself, supervisor, the technical administration team and Technical Manager, of any potential delays in the workflow.
Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and continuous development opportunities in order to increase knowledge and over time, develop into a watchmaker position.

Skills and Experience
A strong interest in continuing and/or developing a long-term career within the watchmaking industry
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
Experience of working towards set targets within a service driven industry.
A self-motivated individual who is able to maintain high standards of quality
