We are seeking a Fine Jewellery Showroom Manager to lead the operations of our new store opening. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and proactive with a genuine passion for fine jewellery, diamonds and gemstones. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, team management and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring the showrooms success and prestige in the competitive London scene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and
- efficient running that aligns with our brand's standards.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop the showroom sales staff, including assisting in training and keeping track of performance evaluation of the sales team.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients and collectors, always striving
- to enhance every visitors experience and client experience.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales and help develop the skills of the sales team.
- Security Protocol Compliance: Uphold and enforce security protocols at all times, ensuring
- adherence by all sales staff to safeguard and maintain a secure environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Managerial experience in luxury retail and client facing sales in the fine jewellery sector.
- Fine Jewellery and Gemmological Knowledge: Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of antique and vintage jewellery, coupled with gemmological knowledge, particularly in diamonds and antique cuts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead, motivate and organise a small team.
- Sales Expertise: A proven ad strong understanding of sales dynamics in the luxury goods
- sector.
- IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in IT systems relevant to gallery management and client
- communications.
- Organisational Abilities: Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proactive and
- detail-oriented approach.
- Client Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with high-profile and
- high-net worth clients.
