We are seeking applications from those with a good level of watch product knowledge, as well es excellent organisational skills, fantastic customer service skills and the ability to work to deadlines, all of which are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word & Excel
• Ability to provide an unrivalled level of customer service with the ability to deal with complaints sensitively and providing an effective outcome
• Ability to liaise with external suppliers and workshops and build relationships

Essential Skills:

• Experience of dealing either directly or imdirectly with fine watches and repairs
• Demonstrable experience of customer service
• Experience of administration within a similar environment
