Special Order Coordinator/Quality Control

• Ensure timely order placement following Store/Clients demands.
• Work withcross functional teams to ensure that all special orders are feasible
• Update critical path milestones within the working day, to ensure real time visibility of information for all parties
• Undertake proactive After Sales Care Service for all clients and prepare a monthly report ensuring that all feedback is recorded and action taken where necessary to ensure we deliver brand service standards
• Monitor product progress with all suppliers to ensure that our shipment dates are achieved
• Work closely with Production Planning to ensure receipt goods-in process is prioritised and ensuring that these are transferred to Quality Control in a timely manner
• Update and maintain Data of all individual Special orders.
• Ability to remain level headed under pressure of tight deadlines and unforeseen circumstances
• To be the key point of contact for supplier base in relation to special orders. 
• Build relationships with suppliers
• Effectively manage the special order records to ensure delivery dates and cost targets are met

• Working Experience & Education Requirements
• Worked within a production planning environment within the jewellery or associated industries.
• Developed or worked with production flows and the tracking of orders with manufacturers and suppliers
• Demonstrates a proven track record and skills in the role of production planning
• Microsoft office general capabilities
• Excellent excel skills essential
• SAP – a good understanding of SAP beneficial
