Jewellery Production Jobs: An extremely successful diamond jewellery company are seeking a Jewellery Production Manager to join their team.

As the Jewellery Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas:

• Quality control
• Fine jewellery production
• High levels of customer service
• Managing the production of high quality jewellery that my client is renowned for, whilst working to tight budgets from start to finish, bringing products in on time
• Negotiation of costs and supplier liaison

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of the following:

• An understanding of fine jewellery production and the manufacturing process
• An informed & technical knowledge of fine jewellery production along with a good understanding of the production and manufacturing environment including the workshop.
• Superb time management skills, managing workloads efficiently and to tight deadlines, with the ability to work under pressure
• Dealing with customers over the telephone, with high levels of customer service
• Working with suppliers with the ability to work both within time constraints and budgets
• Experience of stock control systems and creating relevant reports
• It is highly desirable that candidates have bench/jobbing experience

• Highly organised
• Excellent communication skills and an excellent standard of English in order for the suitable candidate to liaise effectively with both clients, the team and suppliers
• Computer literate with the ability to use computer based systems to include data entry
• Analytical
• Excellent administration skills
• Flexible approach to work, with a can do attitude
• Ability to implement systems and procedures to ensure smooth running of the department
