A wonderful jewellery company, with a reputation within the jewellery trade as a successful business with a passion for fine jewellery, is seeking a truly talented Store Manager for their jewellery showroom.

This company are looking to continue their success through an experienced and focused Jewellery Store Manager, who is passionate and committed to their career.

To be a part of this excellent jewellery company, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate at leas 2 years CURRENT AND CONSISTANT jewellery management experience within the jewellery industry in a similar role. Candidates MUST be able to convey this via their CV clearly showing their passion for jewellery and the industry!

Most importantly, this company are looking for a first class jewellery manager, who sees premier customer service and return custom as a fundamental part of  business success.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Have a can do attitude!
• Ability to generate custom and retain existing customers
• Promote the business and the high quality stock
• Experience of one to one jewellery sales
• Demonstrate an interest in designer jewellery
• Ability to successfully close sales, maximising opportunities and exceed targets set
• Experience of successful leadership of a sales team, demonstrating excellent customer service and sales ability
• Ability to lead by example
• Ability to be a good all rounder, who will take on any task no mater how big or small!

It is imperative that candidates possess the following:

• Experience of leading a small team in a previous jewellery or designer accessory retail environment
• Experience of running a store successfully as if it were their own business
• This would be a wonderful opportunity for an existing Jewellery Store Manager of a smaller company or an experienced Assistant Manager of a large company.
