Jewellery Jobs Birmingham: Experienced Store Manager required for a fine jewellery company based in Birmingham

Our client, a well established fine jewellery company are seeking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Store Manager based in Birmingham.

The Company:

This highly reputable and successful jewellery company, who showcase a broad range of fine jewellery, require a general manager who is experienced in jewellery sales management.

You will already be in a similar role for a reputable jewellery company, accustomed to dealing with teams of sales staff and deputy managers.  Exceeding targets should be second nature to you, as well at adhering to KPI's and store standards.

You will need to have an excellent ability to lead by example and show a genuine ability to delegate well and get the most out of your team.

Candidates need to be accustomed to all aspects of general management in a jewellery setting, with the ability to make decisions quickly and manage time well.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a jewellery management role
• Ability to sell high value jewellery on a one to one basis
• Ability to coach and train staff regarding sales and product knowledge
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of the jewellery industry, repair and manufacturing process
• Ability to be a good all rounder, with high store and customer service standards
