Luxury Jewellery Job: A luxury Jewellery company  are currently recruiting for a seriously talented Manager  for their amazing showroom, based in a wonderful location.

A truly exceptional candidate is required to manage this prestigious showroom, selling exceptional quality diamonds, fine jewellery and watches.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for networking to encourage return and new custom.

The main role of the job will entail responsibility for management of the high turnover showroom.  My client are are looking for an individual who will effortlessly maximise business, with an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in their team.

As a Senior Manager, it will be natural to you, to really market and get involved with making the showroom a great success.  You will demonstrate excellent sales skills, people management skills, networking skills and an impressive history of product knowledge within the industry.

You will ultimately be responsible for implementing necessary adaptations as and when required, in order to always maximise the profitability of the showroom.

Performance management will be second nature to you, having worked in a similar role based in a high turnover jewellery environment.  You will be used to dealing with six figure sales transactions.

In order to be considered for this role, you must fulfil the following criteria:
 

• It is essential that you have high value luxury jewellery experience from a similar role.
• Have current and previous experience of networking.
• Have experience high worth clientele.
• Have experience of performance management, smashing targets and perfecting year on year growth.
• Be articulate, confident, approachable and immaculately presented. 
• Have a friendly, warm and extremely approachable personality.
