My client, a forward thinking and dynamic jewellery company are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their company.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maximising sales and operational effectiveness
• Developing your skilled team
• Working towards targets set with the mindset to over exceed
• Analysing performance, both individually and as a store
• Delivering exemplary levels of customer service
• Market the store effectively, always encouraging return custom
• Ensuring a welcoming and memorable buying experience for the client

Person Specification:

• Excellent sales person and enjoying one to one sales
• A passion for jewellery
• Enjoy customer interaction
• Commercially aware
• Able to lead and motivate your team.
• Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines
• Immaculately presented, well spoken and an excellent communicator
• Good level of numeracy and computer literate
• Experience from a jewellery, accessory or related background is essential
