Jewellery Jobs:  An experienced Supervisor, who is enthusiastic and passionate about the jewellery industry is required for a fantastic company based in a famous location, in Central London!

Our client, a leading figure in the jewellery industry require an experienced Supervisor, with lots of enthusiasm and enjoyment for the jewellery industry, to join their company (preferably with a jewellery making background or qualification, although not essential!)

With a strong retail arm and wholesale sector, this company are gaining rapid market presence and are expanding rapidly.

What we are looking for:

Skills and Experience:  You will currently be a Supervisor with an excellent track record in customer service and sales environments.  You will be accustomed in working towards and exceeding targets, working towards K.P.I's and enjoy the interaction with customers.

You Must Be:

• Able to work unsupervised, with experience of running the store in the absence of Management.
• Able to work with Management to develop a skilled team.
• An excellent sales person and enjoy one to one sales.
• Customer focused in order to encourage return custom.
• Commercially aware.
• Able to lead and motivate your team.
• Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines.

It is highly desirable that candidates have a craft or jewellery making background!
