Jewellery Stylist are recruiting for a Senior Manager for a luxury, high end jewellery company, based in Mayfair, London.
This is an exclusive, rare position and requires candidates of the highest calibre, from LUXURY JEWELLERY BACKGROUNDS, in order to be considered for this position.

This is a varied and highly rewarding role, covering Luxury aspects of Senior Management for a high end company to include:
- Sales Management
- Event Management
- Customer Retention Management
- Working closely with company directors
- Network outside the store in the community to ensure adequate involvement of the brand within the various targeted groups in agreement with the Commercial and Marketing Directors e.g. client events, PR jewellery selection etc.
We are therefore inviting applications from candidates who can demonstrate experience of and the ability to:
- Successfully grow a luxury jewellery company with a significant sales contribution.
- A rounded commercial & retail knowledge base.
- Line management experience.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Build and develop relationships at executive levels with key new clients
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the organisation
- Anticipate and drive changes to events and services in response to customer demand
- Lead, manage and develop a growing sales organisation to deliver ahead of plan
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor (acting as a role model).
- Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Develop and motivate sales staff through target setting and regular individual and storewide meetings.
- Provide “best estimates” for forecasts of Monthly Sales targets.
- Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitors’ trading activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We will therefore be expecting candidates to demonstrate through their CV experience of:

- Brand Representation/Brand Ambassador
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 4 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge in Jewellery and luxury retail industry
- Excellent presentation skills
- Capable of analysing, organising and planning
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Presentable, creative, diplomatic and detail oriented
- Strong computer literacy
